Lost your documents? No problem! We offer the appropriate German TUEV parts certificates, EC approvals or General Operating Permits (ABE) for your original COBRA accessories.

Important information:
All COBRA products have one of the following:
– a German TUEV parts certificate (requiring registration),
– an EC approval (not requiring a registration entry), or
– an ABE (not requiring a registration entry).

For products with a certificate, inspection of the installation is generally sufficient.
Please refer to the certificate for the applicable requirements.
With your purchase, you receive either the ABE, EC approval or the corresponding certificate, depending on which document Cobra commissioned for the specific part.

Note: If an ABE/EC approval is available for the accessory, we will send it to you. Otherwise, you will receive the TUEV certificate to present to the inspection body.

During checkout, under "Additional Information", please specify the product and vehicle model, including the year of manufacture, for which you require the certificate. Alternatively, after purchase send us a separate email containing this information and your order number.

In individual cases, we may no longer have the certificate for your product, for example because it was not digitised owing to the age of the vehicle.
If the certificate is no longer in our records, we will promptly refund your purchase price.
